Human Resources Generalist
Work Schedule: M-F, 9 AM to 5 PM, with varied schedule as needed
Seeking an experienced Human Resource professional with experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, employee relations, leave of absence administration, workers' compensation, compliance, audits, etc. This is a full-time position working M-F, 9 am to 5 pm, including nights and weekends as needed. Benefits: We offer a premium benefits package that includes immediately available health and dental benefits, 4.4 weeks earned time off and 11 paid holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field or equivalent education, training and experience.
- Two to three years of experience in human resources generalist role or other applicable HR experience; PHR certification preferred.
- Must have strong computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Sound judgment and aptitude in problem solving.
- Customer focused attitude with high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Must have car and valid driver's license in state of residency.

Case Manager/Day Hab
Work Schedule: M-F, 8 AM to 4 PM
We are seeking a Case Manager for our interdisciplinary team caring for people in our therapeutic day habilitation program. As a Case Manager, you will use your gits of compassion and creativity to design individualized skills development programs, teach social skills and provide personal care for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
